High pressure hoses (HPH)
High pressure hoses (HPH) are intended for connection and a complete set of mutual movements in hydroaggregates, hydrohinged systems and hydrosystems of a steering of tractors and the agricultural machines working in moderate and tropical climates conditions. Guaranty period is 12 months from the moment of input HPH in maintenance. The complete hydraulic hose length from 100 to 7500 mm consists of the rubber hose strengthened by an internal steel braiding or coiling, and end metal accessories with direct or angular nipples. Hoses of a high pressure of manufacture Company «Narovljansky factory of hydroequipment», are made according to the specifications registered in government standard of Belarus.
Maintain demands:
Rubber hose with conditional pass DN 6 to DN 25 mm., with a various amount of braidings, and also with various profile of rubber, depending on working pressure of a hose.
Terminal armatures:
Angle of conjugation of counterpart of nipple 60 °, 24 °;
Nipple slope angle, about axis - 0 °; 45 °; 90 °; 120 °;
Nut (metric connecting threads) on:
DN 6 – М12х1,5; М14х1,5; М16х1,5; М18х1,5;
DN 8 – М14х1,5; М16х1,5; М20х1,5;
DN 10 – М18х1,5; М20х1,5; М22х1,5;
DN 12 – М18х1,5; М20х1,5; М22х1,5; М24х1,5;
DN 16 – М22х1,5; М24х1,5, М26х1,5; М27х1,5
DN 20 – М26х1,5; М30х2,0; М36х2,0;
DN 25 – М30х2,0; М36х2,0; М42х2,0;
- Main marks of rubber used for manufacture HPH: SEMPERIT (Austria); STOMIL (Poland); SELL (Turkey).
- Modern equipment allows collecting HPH to Du-50.
